Service Level Agreement (SLA) for AITOC,Inc DBA agileCCPM Applications on Atlassian Marketplace

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) supplements the End User License Agreement for AITOC,Inc DBA agileCCPM Applications on Atlassian Marketplace (hereinafter EULA), or other agreement in place between Provider (1) and Customer (2) covering Customer’s use of Provider’s Products and related Support and Advisory Services (the “Agreement”).


The SLA applies automatically when your organization accepts the EULA, so there is no need to separately sign the SLA.

By accepting this Service Level Agreement (SLA), Provider and Customer enter into the Bonterms Service Level Agreement (DPA) (Version 1.0) (available at https://bonterms.com/forms/service-level-agreement-version-1-0/) by this reference.

AITOC,Inc DBA agileCCPM, a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware, US, having its principal place of business at 17657 Candlewood Ter, Boca Raton, FL 33487, USA. (hereinafter “agileCCPM”), and


The Company (hereinafter “Customer”), an organization accepting the EULA.

SLA Effective Date

Effective Date: immediately upon the Customer acceptance of EULA.
